What can I see in 1 day in the LAke district? |
Travel Info We will be travelling during the Bank holiday weekend and have only Sunday to see around.... Travel Tips go to wordsworth's cottage- really cute think its near Grasmere- really nice village with a shop that sells amazing gingerbread. just get a bus ticket for the day and hop on some buses to get around. Windemere to Grasmere was about 30mins max Others I think Derwentwater, Kendall and Keswick are the prettiest places. Check the weather forecast. If it is Foggy and Misty you will see very little. Ummmmm A LAKE !!!!!!!!!! Buttermere is very nice. |
