If its Wembley Arena you will be fine, but if its a Wembley Stadium gig, bear in mind they have had all sorts of issues and the completion of the stadium has been delayed meaning that many gigs have been resheduled. Wembley Park is on the Jubilee Line and Metropolitan Lines. Easiest way from Victoria Coach Station is to walk back to Victoria National Rail station, find the Underground station entrace which is just on the front forecourt of the National Rail station and take Victoria Line Northbound to Green Park.
