Travel Info What borders Scotland?? Please tell me everything that does. I know Ireland does border it. Travel Tips Tis true only England Borders Scotland. Ireland is a seperate island so it borders nothing, the only other country to touch Scotland is England England borders Scotland. Both are part of the UK. Ireland, republic of, borders Northern Ireland, part of the UK. Ireland DOES NOT border Scotland. The only country that does border Scotland is England.. Scotland is the northern part of England. I have been there by train twice when I was visiting England. OF COURSE... the English Channel and the North Sea and the Atlantic border the other three sides of Scotland.
