The only way for me is by train from London

Travel Tips
There are no direct trains from London to Middlesbrough. You will need to change at Darlington.

So, take the train from London Kings Cross to Darlington (East Coast Mainline). This is fast and takes about 2.5 hours to Darlington. Then take the branch line from Darlington to Middlesbrough. This is about 20-30 minutes.

Use electric train. And u can get it from railway station
From Kings Cross station. You'll need to change at Darlington or York, depending on which time you travel. Use http://www.nationalrail.co.uk for timetable and full journey details
From King's Cross catch the GNER train to Darlington then change onto the local service.
