If you had to choose 2 of these 3 Scottish cities to visit, which two would you choose and why? |
Travel Info Glasgow, Inverness, and Edinburgh. My time in Scotland will be limited (5 days) and I really want to experience the "flavor" of Scotland, Thx. Travel Tips Glasgow and Edinburgh, hear so much about them and their history that it's bound to be really interesting. Others Glasgow and Edinburgh. Because there is nowhere else like there two places. Go off the beaten track in Edinburgh. Read 'Trainspotting' before you go. Get a different flavour to your time in Scotland. I would choose Inverness and Edinburgh because they are more fun. Glasgow really offers very little to see and is not in the best economic condition. glasgow/inverness,i am from glasgow .cant stand edinburgh.all of glasgows museums are free of charge .the art galleries and the kelvin hall are facing each other and have just been upgraded, the transport museum is in the kelvin hall, and is a must to see, there is good bus links from the city centre .you can also take a tour of celtic park and ibrox stadium ,hope you enjoy where ever you go Modified 11 months ago Edinburgh and Glasgow. The two are very differnt and offer different experiences of scotland Inverness should be one for sure so you can see the highlands. The city itself isn't much but the surrounding area's beautiful. Edinburgh probably offers more for tourists, but depends on whether you like the whole tourist scene. Remember we don't all walk about in kilts ans 'see you jimmy' hats. Glasgow's better for shopping |
