Others Brecon is beautiful! It is easily accessible from Cardiff by train to Merthyr and then a short bus ride. Lovely market town, good for about a day or so of sights. Loads of fun activities in the Brecon National Park. Plus, you can easily take the bus to Merthyr and then the train to Caerphilly Castle, Caerleon (roman ruins) and Cardiff itself. |
