Americans are composed of many peoples from many places. Maybe the ones you talk to are arrogant to you because you are ignorant. Maybe the ones you talk to are loud to you because you don't listen. Others Using 'SHUT UP' and telling people that 'We are the best' explains how arrogant americans are. The crime rate including robbery, rape and murder is among the top in the world in America, I guess they are really proud of such violent activities. This and Mr. Ben's comment explains everything..
