Travel Info The city fo Monterrey in Mexico has a lower crime rate than the national average. Not only in Mexico, but it is also the only large city metropolitan city in Latin America with a lower crime rate than the national average. Is there a large American or Canadian city with subway and over 4,000,000 people that has a lower crime rate than the national average? Travel Tips Subway systems really narrows it down, but there are alot of larger cities in the U.S. with lower crime rates such as Salt lake City Utah & Lexington Ky. Most large cities that have No sporting Teams will have a lower crime rate. Think about it, most prof. sport teams consist of mostly black players with very large support systems behind them and everything else that goes along with it, enough said.Actually half of them have lower crime rates, then again the other half are higher. I believe most canadian cities have lower crime rates than the american average. But in america the big city that I can think of is New York City. Its the biggest city and has the lowest crime rate(in america) for any large city with population over 500,000. |
