From today has any one lost there bags on greyhound bus and been payed what it was worth? |
Travel Info well greyhound bus lost my stuff and i had a cpap mechine with other things do you think they will make things right with me Travel Tips I highly doubt it. I was 7 months pregnant when I travelled with Greyhound and they lost all my luggage, except for 1 bag. I had tags put on my bags to reach my destination so I wouldnt have to carry them and I never got them. I emailed their head office, complained, called them and complained and got absolutely nowhere with them. they never compensated me for my loss and that was it. I fought with them for almost a year and just took it as it was, a loss. Others 1985, I traveled from Pocatello, Idaho to Opelousas, Louisiana. Greyhound lost my brand new 12 speed racing bicycle ($250), my new acoustic guitar ($120), a year's mint condition collection of Playboy magazine ($ ??), a backgammon set ($75 +/-, don't remember exactly) which was leather, velvet, and marble and some other items (clothes) which I had conservatively guessimated at around $500. They paid me $250. Shame on me for not buying the insurance. Shame on me for trusting such a big company to take care of my stuff and to do right! This all happened just a week or so before Christmas. Someone had a nice holiday. |
