I would therefore look for some work with the tourist industry--you could easily help out with tourists who arrive from the great number of cruise lines that arrive there. In fact, you might contact any number of cruise lines to see if they need someone like you in Santorini. You should also visit the Greek Embassy website (link below) to make sure you have the proper documents and permission. (Folow the links, Services | Employment for the basic information.)
