Travel Info Has any1 visited greece if yes did you like it there? Travel Tips I live in Greece and the places I like most is Thessaloniki(the city I live in, great nightlife here), Rhodes, Kos, Corfu, Nauplio is beautiful but too quiet, Crete and mostly Chania and Rethymno. Greece rocks... Others yes loved it Modified 1 year ago I have actually not visited Greece.I was born in Greece in the capital Athens :) It is very worth going especially in the magnificent islands of Mikonos,Santorini,Rodos etc and you will definately enjoy the night life which basically does not end until the morning.There are great places to visit in Athens too except for Acropolis.The food is great and the mediterranean cusine is always in every food served.The people are so warm and welcoming that you will always feel at home so you will never regret going to Greece again :) I am a source to myself i dont need any sources from the internet ;) mind is a book stored with tons of information ! i am a greek so of course i am a LITTLE biased... however i do not think that i have ever heard of nor have met anyone not enjoying their visit to greece. as long as you are respectful of any persons in their country you will always have a good time i would think. greece is so beautiful and the people are so kind. it is a man's world there still, but it makes no difference if you are a tourist. try not to call attention to yourself.. |
