Travel Info When is the best month to vivit greece? Travel Tips I'd say late August or whole of September. Late August may still be hot, but that's what you got those Aegean beaches for! Others Late September - The weather is perfect and the peek Euro traveler / backpacker crowd has just left. The islands are just starting to recover from the crowds and this gives you a more relaxed and intimate feeling with the locals. Also, prices start coming down for everything from hotels to travel. The only issue is that the ferry service schedule to the islands starts to transition to their post-peak season timeline, which means some of the smaller islands may be harder to reach and leave unless you plan ahead. Have fun. July is just perfect! Right in the middle of the summer! I hope at that time you will be visiting one of the islands Greece has! The weather will be hot. Usually around 30-40 Celcius degrees. At that time there are many people (Greek and tourists) visiting the islands so you will be able to combine beautiful relaxing beaches with intense or even wild entertainment. Have fun girl! Greece is the right place to do so! : ) It depends if you want to see the islands packed with tourists just go in august,if you prefer less crouded situations go there in september,weather and prices are better. Go anyway Greece is beautifull I like it here in July but the heat is driving me crazy! I prefer June and September cause its a bit cooler! Been to several islands late May, June, July & September. The weather is great in May & September. May it's too cold to swin in the sea & can be cool at night. Early september is good as the sea has warmed up but it gets dark earlier in the evening. July is very hot. So probably the best month is June i live in the athens,the best time to come is august or the end of august the weather is great and u will love athens. |
