Travel Info What is your favourite Greek Island and why? Travel Tips Corfu - we spent Easter there a few years ago and it was amazing, it is a very unique island in comparison to the other, more typical Greek Islands, both in looks and traditions. I loved the little streets of different coloured houses and the shops and cafes. If you haven't been there yet, you must try to visit. Others Zakynthos. I've been there twice and I really like it! Kos, beautiful beaches, good food, friendly people.... zante which is formally knows as zkynthos ( i cant spell that) its gorgeous and very hot, the sea is so blue, there is a ship wreck which you can take a boat trip to, my parnets go every year, lots to doo and see, it can be a relaxing holiday or a lively one. i am going 2nd july to a 4 star hotel half board for 2 weeks and it cost 575 pounds, whcih is really good Crete...I dunnno why. Lefkada! Porto katsiki and Kathisma in Lefkada are paradise on earth and as i did lot of Greek islands i dont change Lefkada anymore. People are really cool smily and gentle, food is very tasty there are all kind of conforts and prices are really coooooool! Juts try it once you ll be there next time again for sure! Every island has its beauties and depend what you seek. I like the small island where everything is quiet. Islands like milos, karpathos. My favorite is Crete because i spend my college years there. But Crete is too big to call it an island. |
