Does a child need a seperate passport in greece?

Travel Info
My 8 year old daughter is still on my passport.

Travel Tips
If you are European, you don't need a passport to visit Greece. If you are American, these days, even newborns need their own passports. I don't know about any other country.

Others
Are you by any chance German? Generally, a child's passport can be readily and cheaply obtained when the child is already on the parent's passport. Although it may not be technically necessary, it is more convenient, particularly if one or the other passports gets lost.
