I got a new job in Kavala, Greece. The salary is 2430 Euro and they will give me accomndation without food.? |
Travel Info Is that enough to live alone there?Besides, I want to know if Kavala is save to live alone or not? Travel Tips Unless you are some specialist on some rare profession the salary is high for our standards in Greece. And the country is full of well educated people with university degrees that are also multilingual so check the contract before you go.Kavala is a nice town by the sea in the region of Macedonia .1 hour flight from Athens,2 ,5 h drive from Thessaloniki. Good luck pal! Others is that per month? cause if so, it's a very good rate. That's something like $3,112USD per mon. so if it's just yourself I'd say yah that's enough. lol Kavala is a port city in greece.....What kind of job have you got there?? Which place there exactly?? Is that per month? Before taxes? That should be sufficient to live there, yes, especially as housing is included already. The salary sounds good - especially as you do not have to pay for accommodation. I am looking for work at the moment and am living on 600 Euro per month - and that includes paying rent! I don't know much about Kavala at all I'm afraid (it's a long way from where I am in the Peloponnese), but here are a few websites which may help you to decide. Greece generally is pretty safe and the people are warm and welcoming. I have lived alone in Greece and her islands for 10 years and have never experienced any problems, although of course you should use common sense in cities etc. I hope it works out for you! http://www.gokavala.gr/ http://www.travel-guide-greece.com/greec... http://www.greecetravel.com/macedonia/ka... Are you kidding me??I m a consultant in a consultancy company and the money I get are 700euros per month... Lucky bas****rd!!! Hehe! |
