Would a visa electron travel money card be better than traveller's cheques in Kefalonia?

Travel Tips
Traveler's cheques are not a good idea in Greece. Most times you will have difficulty using them cause the banks give a hard time to the Greeks presenting them there. The best idea is to use A.T.M s to have sufficient cash with you. With cash you can get better deals when buying something expensive !Credit cards are also acceptable but using them for less than 20 euros seems strange to us locals.Enjoy your holiday. Other Travel Tips
both are good and both cost ya for using them only problem with the card is they have access to all your money even the money you didn't want to take on your hols :(
traveller's cheques would be a better option. debit cards are a relatively new system there and some people might confuse it for a credit card, and that might give a few hassles.
