Where in Hali could I get make-up done?

I'm just looking to get a general consultation done, for everyday makeup. I refuse go anywhere near department store counters, they always over-do it and insist on charging a fortune. Does anyone know if Colours is a good place to go? Or can you recommend somewhere else in the local area?
