Travel Tips Definately get an isle seat or a center isle seat if the plane is large enough to have a center isle. Take a motion sickness pill before leaving so that you do not feel the motion of take off and turbulance(which is the most difficult part). Also, bring ear plugs, close your eyes and tune out the noise of the airplane as much as possible. The goal is to try to allow your body to reach into a more relaxed and reduce any chance for getting into a an anxious state. Best of luck. Others Sleep. Take a sleeping pill or stay up all night the night before. Distractions like movies and games help too. |
