PMS!!! Vacation! Help!?!?

I am going on a vacation to an amusement park in a few weeks and then Maui the end of April, and more likely then not I will be going through my period.
And when I get my period cramps are horrible. They are so bad that I am hunched over when I walk. And when I go on these vacations I will be walking all the time. The only thing that helps my cramps is a heating pad, and I cannot walk around with one, can I?
Also when I go to Maui I will be in a bathing suit everyday. Help me please. Tell me what I can do. If you have any experinces like this please fell free to share them. Then you and I will not feel so bad. Please give me some advice.

I'm sorry to hear this, I know how you feel.
Actually, you can walk around with a heating pad now...well, sort of. It's called Therma Care Heat Wraps, they work really well. So that with some pain relievers should solve your problem as far as walking around the park goes. I have no suggestions as far as swimming goes, sorry. I'm planning a trip to Cancun, and the day we're supposed to go is the day my period is going to start! So I called my GYN and he's going to prescribe me a cycle of birth control pills so my period won't start until after I get home. I usually have terrible, heavy days and I didn't want to put on a swim suit and feel that my vacation is ruined, so go, talk with your doctor, he can help!
