How do you stop mosquitoes biting? |
Travel Info i am going abroad to a country which have millions of mosquitoes and i need something which will actually works!!!! Travel Tips I really like Avon's Skin So Soft line. They have many products. They have spray, lotion, wipes and sun block. The SSS Bug Guard Plus Expedition is quite good and repels not only mosquitoes, but deer ticks as well for up to 8 hours. It is also DEET free. In addition to those two pesky insects, it also repels black flies, sand flies, gnats, no-seeums and biting midges. The Expedition is scent-free, which is one of the reasons I love it. Source(s): Mom is an Avon lady *g* Other Travel Tips Buy some "Off". Stuff works great. There's mosquito sprays that you can get at your local drugstore i.e. Savon or WalMart. Give Skin So Soft a try. (an AVON product) the only product that works is DEET. It's a chemical, so wash your hands after using, and be careful about getting in on your clothes. But it works, and sure beats the alternative. I've tried rubbing a lot of Vicks Vapo Rub on pulse points..it seemed to work. Also, I beleive if you take Vitamin B it can help but you should get more info on that. Be sure to research any diseases those millions of mosquitoes may carry - check it out before you go! |
