If you like seafood and cheap, go to Jimbaran Beach, there's a lot of cafe right in front of the sea. They sell really good food and the seafood is fresh (some of them still alive) and always BARGAIN!!! Go to Ubud too. For having fun, I will recomend Kuta Legian, they have a lot of cafe and club. And go to KUDETA too, nice place. For the hookers, you could find them everywhere (on the street) or you could ask you tour guide to find one for you. Well, I'm not really know about this thing, but I heard a lot about this. But I would not suggest, because a lot of them got HIV or herpes because the minimum use of condom or not much of them go to the doctor often (I know this from the Newspaper).
