Travel Info Do you think Israel is a safe place to go visit right now? Why or Why not? Travel Tips Hi, My name is Yoram. I live here, in Israel, with my wife, raising our 3 years old lovely daughter. I know it looks as if we're in a middle of a war here, but we're not. You tell, where CAN one feel safe today? In the Twin Towers?... In Madrid? Or maybe in London or Paris?... Come and visit - It's a beautiful country wirh loads of stuff to do, great weather and warm poeple. We'd love to have you here as our guest! :-) Others Yes. They go out of their way to protect tourists as it is one of the most important industries to their economy. Just don't go to jerusalem. may be not.. if Iran will start the war over Israel in March this year... The areas where any normal tourist would visit are as safe as anywhere else in the world. Unless of course the tourist is a far left wing activist, and decides to visit the Palestinian populated areas (such as Gaza, Nablus, Ramallah, etc.), I cannot vouch for his/her safety there. So, have a great trip, taste some real Hummus, and tell your friends! Experience. |
