Travel Tips some of the things that may be highlights. climb up mt. fuji. go to a hot springs. eat a lot of sushi. tour through kyoto visiting temples. lots of day trips via the shinkansen is nice. Others It depends on where in Japan you will be, but these are my random suggestions: Visit Kyoto, Osaka, and Nara. Ride the Shinkansen train across the country. Visit the Enryaku-ji temple on Mt. Hiei. Visit the various temples and castles. Eat at the smaller hole in the wall yakitori places. Visit Nagasaki and Hiroshima. Take a boat from Nagasaki to Okinawa. In Okinawa, visit Shuri castle. Go to NHK studios in Tokyo. Also check out Tokyo tower. Ride the 'Hato Bus' bus tour in Tokyo. Go hiking in the mountains in Kyushu and Kyoto. Eat raw fish and horsemeat. |
