we're living in Seoul right now and are having difficulty finding reliable travel agents that speak English- any advice?

tough luck, till now, I haven't found one either.

Maybe you could try calling KTNO (Korea National Tourism Organization) office and ask them if there's any.

I used to visit KTNO office in Gwanghwamun Station (Line 5) and there's English speaking staff who can help you.
