Travel Info Do you recommend those airfare + hotel packages for trips to Las Vegas or should I book my trip separately? Travel Tips Book it separately. That way you have much more flexibility on the flight schedule and location of stay. We booked the package through Costco with the lowest priced hotel for just 2 nights. (You might have to call their 800 number to do this). The whole trip duration is 5 days. This came out cheaper than the flight fare from Bay area to vegas.
