What things can you do around Vegas..like grand canyon etc? |
Travel Info Being in Vegas, obviously you can do a lot, but if you have more than 3 days, I am wondering what else can I do in neighbouring places by just renting a car or something.... Travel Tips Quite a bit of outdoor activities. Mt. Charleston is about 30 minutes from the Strip and features skiing during the winter and hiking/biking in the summer. Lake Mead and Hoover Dam are about 30 minutes away as well. Lake Las Vegas is a paradise away from Vegas, about 20 minutes out of town. Red Rock is a hikers and climbers oasis. Valley of Fire is just as amazing.
