Take I-5 S from bay area, CA-99 S(Bakersfield), I-15 N (Las Vegas).

I-5 offers:
1) Many services. Gas, foods, rest area.
2) Faster highway.Bright.
3) Flat land.
4) Did within 12hours.

Route99 offer:
1) Not much service. Watch your gas, PLAN it!
2) CHP,speed check by radar. Dark.
3) Sea level changes. A lot vista point during day time.
4) Did within 14hours.
