Hey, could any1 tell me what are Sunderland and Leeds like ? |
Travel Info i've been offered a place on a course in Sunderland and Leeds.i'm not British so i don't know much about the cities. Has anyone of you eva been there ? do you know which one is better to live in and why ? what about unis? which of them has a better opinion - Leeds Metropolitan Uni or Uni of Sunderland? i would be really grateful if u could help me !! thank you :) xxx Travel Tips I have a lot of friends who went to Sunderland uni and they loved their time there. Don't know anyone who went to Leeds. It depends what you are looking for. geographically, they are quite near each other. Leeds is a great city. There is loads to do in the city but if you are into walking then you'll love this place. The scenery around is breathtaking. Sunderland on the other hand is also a great city but is right next to the cities of Newcastle and Durham. You will never be bored there. Both universities have websites. welcome.sunderland.ac.uk www.leeds.ac.uk Try looking on there for information about the surrounding areas not just the uni itself. Personally I would choose Sunderland. It rains ALOT in Leeds. |
