Others
Yes, all citizens from all country are welcome in Bali and Indonesia. It's a very nice country and good people.

Beside Bali you can also visit Jogyakarta (Borobudur temple, one of the wonders of the world), Bandung (nice food and great shopping place, about 3 hours from Jakarta, the Capital of Indonesia), Lombok island (similar to Bali but less tourist), Manado (great for sea diving, located on Sulawesi Island). and many more places to go to.

The exchange rate is USD 1 = IDR 9500 (Indonesian Rupiah)
I'm an Indonesian and I've been to Bali
Bali is not a part of malaysia. Malaysia is a safe country to visit by the way.
