Travel Info What is rhe best time of year to visit Morocco? Recommended tour groups? Travel Tips I have visited Morocco in the late winter and mid-summer. Summer is very hot but there is a winter and it can be cold. Probably the best time is in May. It hasnt gotten really hot yet and tourists from Europe havent begun to arrive yet. For a really unique experience, dont fly to Morocco. Fly to Gibraltar. There are daily ferries which arent very expensive and its a fun way to arrive. Good luck and have a safe journey. Sorry, but I never used a tour operator so I have no recommendations. If you are flying from the states, you are probably wise to plan your trip through London. Thats were you can catch some excellent connections both to Gibraltar and Morocco. By the way, DO NOT miss Rabat. Its a beautiful town and far less touristy than Fez, Marakesh, and Tangier. |
