Travel Tips
Start climbing smaller mountains first. A usual progression for climbers is to climb multiple 14,000 (feet) mountains, then climb a 20,000 ft mountain (Denali or a mountain in South America) then climb a 7,000 meter mountain expedition style in the Himalayas and then Mt Everest (8,656 meters) Lots of people take short cuts but you do so at the risk of your own life. It is really hard.

Others
Go and climb.
it costs you money to climb a mountain???? thats dumb
You'll need to join an expedition. Trying to solo Mt. Everest is pretty close to suicide.

This is probably the deadliest mountain to climb. If you're not a climber, don't even think about it.

A trip can take about a month or longer, and, depending on how much equipement you have/need, can cost upwards of $10,000.

You need to consider weather condition, illnesses, acclimatizing, etc. Overall, if you have to ask, you're not ready for it.
