There are many companies to go through but I've only used one. The nice thing about a house is many have their own pool, and there is living area to spread out in. And if you have kids, they can go to bed and you can still keep the tv/stereo on and not bother them. There are also some good deals through vacation clubs like hilton, marriott, etc. You can buy tickets to the theme parks and shows through ticket brokers like TicketMania.
