I say that because the time of day you travel depends on which route you take. If you are staying at Crystal Pier say hi to Jim B. He runs the place. I was at the pier yesterday and at the Airport last night. If you are traveling during non-rush hours take I-5 to the Grand Ave. turnoff. If it is rush hour take Pacific Hwy. to Mission Bay Drive and then onto Grand Ave. (Grand Ave runs parallel to Garnet and will take you right to the pier more quickly.) Enjoy your stay.
