Do i need a license for a electric scooter?

The scooter runs at 15mph and I just want to use it to go to school. est. time to walk 20mins.

noDepends on the size of the motor and where you live. A 50cc scooter usually doesn't take a liscense but I'd check w/ the DMV before you start riding it on the street.
You need a license PLATE if you're going to drive it on public roads.
no u can have an electric scooter unless you want to drive it on main roads
