Do you know a good location for a bridal shower in Monterey, California? |
Travel Info My best friend is getting married in Pacific Grove on Monterey Bay. I am not from the area and neither is she or her friends, so we need some help with a location for her bridal shower. It will likely be on a Thursday evening or Friday afternoon. We would like a restaurant or a tea room where we can have a private room to play some silly games and hang out. There will probably only be about 15 people there. Any ideas??? Travel Tips Try the Montrio in Monterey. They have two lovely rooms upstairs for private parties. My daughter had her rehearsal dinner there. The food was outstanding and the service was great. The location is downtown and parking is easy. http://www.montrio.com/ Others hmm why dont you try going to, theere local ymca and using there nice hot showers there?? dont forget, nowthey got nice hot showers etc!! Depends on how much you want to spend. Among the nicer restaurants in that area are Fresh Cream in Carmel and Pacific's Edge in Carmel-by-the-Sea. Also, you might try the Tuck Box tea room (http://www.tuckbox.com/). Also in Carmel (which is just a lot nicer than Monterey, frankly). Try Lover's Point in Pacific Grove. There are tons of restaurants and such a pretty place. Some restaurants I can remember (I now live in San Diego) The Tinnery and The Bath House. |
