San Jose Help please..?

Okay, so you know that Mexican historic house down the street from the old spagetti Factory(around 51 N San Pedro St, San Jose, CA) Well..on the plaque next to it it has my grand-mothers madien name"Peralta" and I'd lyke to know more information about the house and such could anybody give me a website or any other information about this.Thank-you
