Is Cupertino, CA a nice area to live? |
Travel Info I'm getting ready to move to San jose area and I know nothing about any of the areas. I've been looking at places on line and I am having a hard to finding any thing becasue I don't know what areas to look in. I want a nice, safe, area thats good for a 24 y.o.. How's Cupertino? Saw some nice places there. Is it far from santa claire? What about palo alto, mountain view, sunnyvale how are these areas? Can anyone let me know what areas to stay away from? Thanks. Travel Tips Cupertino is a nice town, growing fast with a lot of density, but expensive. It's close to Santa Clara. But there's not a lot to offer a single, 24-year-old. It's actually very dull and family-oriented. Better choices for a single person are Palo Alto and parts of Mountain View and San Jose. All are close to Santa Clara and all are very, very expensive. Most single people your age can't afford an apartment and usually have a roommate. Others It all gets kinda expensive down there I live in CA but never heard of this city so I personally have never been there. Here is a sight which contains a lot of useful info. It states that it is a good place to live if you are already married. http://www.citytowninfo.com/places/calif... I'd say the answer to that is just stay west of the el camino. Cupertino is very nice sunnyvale and mountain view have some nice apts. especially along rengsdorf. Palo Alto is nice but can be costly, if you have kids I'd stay in Palo Alto better school district., 2nd would be cupertino. Stay away from East Palo Alto Yes, I live in the general vicinity and it is quite nice. The entire Silicon Valley (exception for East Palo Alto) is quite a nice area to live. With the standard of living there being what it is, it makes for quite a comfortable area to call home. I live in San Francisco |
