What is the best way from San Jose to LA? 5 or 101? |
Travel Info Google and Yahoo say 101 while mapquest and map24 say 5... Travel Tips Take 101 south to Gilroy, take 152 east to Los Banos, then take 5 south. 5 is a straight line so it is faster, although there is sometimes a lot of traffic on 152. It should take about 4-5 hours to get to the Valencia area just outside of LA, everything after that depends on the LA traffic! Others For sure the 5... Im going this weekend.... Disneyland y'all... Yadddadimean!??? BAWLLIN!!!!!! 5 is faster (4-5 hours). 101 is more scenic but longer (5-6). Of course, this depends on your speed. :) |
