Does anyone know what it's like up in Everett, Washington? |
Travel Info I ask, because I'm moving up there this Sunday and I have no idea what it's going to be like. Not to mention I won't know a single person! Crap, I鈥檓 going to be bored as hell! Travel Tips Everett, really isn't that bad once you find your way around. I was born there. The city has really grown up. There are numerous parks, large selection of stores and a shopping mall. Several theatres an events center for everything from music concerts to ice skating and the circus. The naval station is located in the Everett harbour and about 1/2 hour to the south you have the city of Seattle.Also from certain areas in Everett, you can see the mountains which are beautiful. Other Travel Tips Everett is great !! i don't know why you're mad but you're gonna find out as soon as u move, it's really cool and it's not far from Seattle , just half an hour by car. Have family there, a nice city, overcast alot, rains alot. i like it i lived in monroe which is sorta close to there, seattle is a hip city you won't be bored i guarrente it unless your an senior citizen......then it might be a little too "hip" . they have awesome art museums and of course the space needle . you'll love it! Everette is so boring, my bf lives there and when I went to visit him in Everette man it was boring. We had to drive to Seattle and Tacoma to hang out. I hate Everett personally. If you want more of a city atmosphere, it's no good. It's more run down than other areas, and it's a good 40 minute drive to downtown Seattle if there's no traffic. And there is ALWAYS traffic. On the bright side, housing is cheaper, and there are some very cool craftsman style homes all over up there. Even if you can just move down to Lynnwood or Mountlake Terrace, you'll have a much easier time getting into the city to enjoy Seattle. |
