Wear a raincoat.
That is such a pretty city! The big deal is the Pike Place Market, Space Needle, Ferries, Music and COFFEE! If you remember... a bunch of grunge bands Pearl Jam, Nirvana, Soundgarden, and Alice in Chains started up here and Jimi Hendrix was also from Seattle. Go to the original Starbucks and hopefully "Spoonman" will be playing out front; He's a gas!

My favorite is the Experience Music Project, known as the EMP. Its a large, funky, interactive museame about the history of music, and include TONS of modern stuff.
