In Seattle, besides Chinatown/International district, are there any new Chinatown/areas?

Travel Info
I want to know if there's any new area that has large concentration of Chinese restaurants and shopping, like a mall (besides the original Chinatown).

Travel Tips
most people just drive up north to Richmond...just south of Vancouver. the food is way better, the shopping is cheaper, and people speak cantonese vs english

Others
No...not really.

They advertise on TV that the best Chinese restaurant in Seattle is in Vancover B.C.
About a 30 minute drive from Seattle is Great Wall in Kent. It has an Asian market and many small shops. Before you get too excited, it used to be a Home Depot. The new owners remodeled and maybe used part of the parking lot to add more retail space.

We still prefer the International District or the town just south of Vancouver, BC (very large Asian area with many shopping places).

Federal Way just south of SEATAC also has a large Asian population. I do not know about the shopping, but we have eaten many good meals in the area.
