Travel Info Where's the best small town to live in , in Washington ST? Travel Tips It certainly depends on what qualities you are looking for, what small town I would deem best. Here are some of the small towns we like: 1.Long Beach (and also Ocean Shores) would be great little towns to live in since they are so close to the ocean and we could go fly kites every day. 2.Snohomish is a great rural town that is close enough to Seattle if a person would want to commute 3.Leavenworth is a cute little Bavarian village 4.LaConner is a quaint little town in the midst of tulips 5.Carnation used to be a town beholding to Carnation Milk and is an up and comer 6.Bellingham isn鈥檛 tiny, but it is a nice small town with a lot of amenities and a University Source(s): http://www.funbeach.com/ http://cityofsnohomish.com/ http://www.gonorthwest.com/washington/ca... http://www.laconner.net/town.cfm... http://www.bellingham.org/ Other Travel Tips Skykomish ( its by stevens pass) I live there Millwood just outside of Spokane.Even Spokane,it is only 186,000 population. Orient, Washington. I lived there for three years. It is REALLY small. You may just be able to find it on a map, it is about 100 miles north of Spokane, and 15 miles south of Canada. IT has a school which is about 100 years old, it is really cool. Arlington. It is 40 miles North of Seattle and about 100 from the Canadian border. Nice small town. It doesn't have much for visitors, but it is nice to live. |
