How hot does it get in the summer in Seattle? |
Travel Info I moved here in October so I haven't been here in June and July yet. I came for a visit in August and it was beautiful out here. Travel Tips Seattle is pretty mild all year 'round, as you undoubtedly noticed this winter. June can be pretty crummy (overcast and not really feling like summer's on its way at all!) Summer is really mid-July to mid-September, with upper 70s to low 80s being a typically nice day. We had a pretty major heatwave in July of 2004, with several days in a row in the mid-to-high90's, but 90 is pretty rare. Others Check out the official figures: http://www.ci.seattle.wa.us/html/weather... August and September are the hottest months. A day above 90 is the exception. The off shore breezes keep the temperature in the moderate (68-78) range. Modified 1 year ago Looks like the average high in June is 70 with the average low 52. In July, the average high is 75 and the average low is 55. Sounds great! Maybe I'll move there with you! http://www.weather.com/outlook/recreatio... |
