I would like to take a train ride from atlanta to seatle and back to atlanta? |
Travel Info I would like to take amtrak. does any one have an answer. I have look and cant seem to find out anything. Travel Tips Look at amtrack.com. I was just looking at train rides today. They have alot of different things to choose from. I hope this is what you are looking for. Others The train is slow because it stops in so many cities. That trip is going to take forever go to amtrack.com and put in your locations. I have used the site and it works fine. Maybe talk to a travel agent, or just show up to a local amtrak station and talk to someone there. Mayeb they can help ya. Good luck! One tip, spend the extra money and get a sleeper. I made that mistake once. Never again. Hi - Train can be a fun way to travel and to see the countryside ... but, such a long journey can be expensive. It also takes a long time so might take a "bite" out of your vacation time so you won't have a lot of time to sightsee in beautiful Seattle. Anyway, http://www.amtrak.com/servlet/contentser... will give you all the info you need. You can always contact a travel agent. Might be a good idea to compare the rail fare to an air fare???
