What should I do in Seattle area?

Travel Info
I'm going to be there for a week or so, what is there to do? Is there any sightseeing I should do? What are some fun things to do while I'm there?

Travel Tips
There's lots of popular sites to see as far as the touristy stuff goes. For one, the Space Needle is a must-see and is the icon of Seattle. You must take a ride up at least once in your lifetime to see the wonderful view that the Pacific Northwest has to offer. Also go down to Pike Place Market which is where tons of vendors sell cool items. Seattle Center is a really cool area. There are amusement park styled rides and a giant arcade. The Pacific Science Center which includes an IMAX theatre resides here and is a lot of fun for kids. This is also where the new Experience Music Project is which is really neat if you are into music history. You can take a monorail ride from Seattle Center to Westlake Center which is a large shopping mall in downtown Seattle. They have a nice food court and some popular stores. Most of the other major sites in Seattle will all be within walking distance. The best thing you can do is walk around and see what you run into. Otherwise, take one of the many tours that they have. We have a small China Town that offers some of the best Chinese food that you will find in the United States. Also, visit GameWorks which is a giant arcade with lots of games. Overpriced, but fun nonetheless.

Hope I helped and have fun on your trip. Seattle is one of my favorite cities in the entire world! Source(s): http://wikitravel.org/en/seattle...

For one of the great pig-outs in America, visit Beth's Cafe. They have monster omelets if you like eggs.
Great, great breakfast place.

Beth's Caf茅
7311 Aurora Avenue North
Seattle, Washington 98103-5356
ph: 206.782.5588

Winner of "best dive" yet again in the Seattle Weekly readers poll, Beth's is the quintessential greasy spoon. The Naugahyde booths, obligatory counter, and high-school cafeteria colors set the scene -- and then there's the menu, which features the biggest omelets around. Try the "full house" breakfast: ham, cheese, mushrooms, your choice of six eggs or a whole dozen, all the hash browns you can eat, and a side of toast. Nobody leaves Beth's hungry. This place dishes up an American fare. Expect the average entr茅e to cost under $8.
Eating & Drinking: Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
