Travel Info Is there much to in seattle in july? Travel Tips July is one of the best months to visit the Pacific Northwest. Our mountains are great to hike in July. Be sure to visit Mount Saint Helens, tour the waterfront and Lake Washington, visit Mount Rainier, ride the ferry boats, all sorts of things to do in Washington State. Seattle itself has some wonderful art galleries and live theatre. Of course there's the Experience Music Project at the Seattle Center. Its great if you're a rock music fan. Our Julys are warm, a few days in July will reach the low to mid nineties with moderate humidity. I'm an oudoors lover and hike in the mountains all summer long. The mountains are great!July is a great time to visit and Seattle has a lot to do any time of the year. There's a similar question below about May and two answerers, Dave SG and baja annie, gave great lists of things to do. Anything that's good in May will be great in July! July is the height of the Tourist Season. July also has Seafair - a month long festival of ... well ... summer, I think. Check it out at www.seafair.com. |
