I have to go to Seattle on business, can anyone recommend a hotel? |
Travel Info Last time I stayed in the W and the location is fine but the hotel is expensive and cold. Also, any amazing restaurant recommendation to take clients out too? Travel Tips I've stayed at the W and the Grand Hyatt. They're about the same price, but the Grand Hyatt is much, much nicer. It's a lot lighter, in a great location and has a pretty good restaurant attached. Wild Ginger is a great asian fusion restaurant in Seattle. http://www.wildginger.net/ Others umm look for hotels online its not that hard Don't know about restaurants, but the Holiday Inn on North Aurora Avenue is really nice. I was out there and the original hotel I was supposed to stay in was HORRID!!!! I mean a roach motel, so I IMMEDIATELY called around, and the Holiday Inn went above and beyond what they had to help me out. Let me check in early, came and picked me up, etc..... Not to mention, it's only about 2 blocks from the space needle, and you can take the monorail into downtown from there. Try a great boutique hotel adjacent to the Pike Place Market. It's called The Inn at the Market. Everyone loves this place. http://www.innatthemarket.com/ If you are doing business on the east side (Microsoft etc) stay at the Marriott Redmond Town Center, It is brand new and right in the heart of everything... restaraunts, shopping, movies etc. It is a great location and the rooms are only around $139 a night. I live in Redmond :) |
