Travel Info If you have an impaired driving charge,can you enter the united states? Travel Tips Yes, if it is the only thing on your record and was not a felony. On the other hand, you can NOT have an impaired driving on your record and enter Canada, in many cases. Others if u were charged and it was a crimial charge u may have to get a pardon .... not to sure though good luck!!! :) As long as the charge wasn't a felony, I don't see why your driving record would prevent you from visiting the U.S. It might prevent you from driving in the U.S. why not? everybody else does yeah pretty sure you can... we let terroists in... Usually, it's better to work out the issues you have where you are currently, then move on when the record is clear. Well, you can certainly drive in Washington. I love it here, but all our drivers SUCK!!! Especially in the Seattle and Everitt areas during rush hour. So, you'd fit right in. |
