Travelling to seattle soon...Where to go?

Travel Info
I'm going to Seattle soon, wanted to know what are some nice places to go to. Nothing for tourists, but some real nice spots that locals go to. Plus, shopping, where are the good spots for shopping: vintage, urban, designer?

Thanks again

Travel Tips
You have to see the Music Experience museum. One of the coolest things I have ever been to. And of course the space needle. Fisherman's wharf area is good for shopping. I was just there last December and I loved Seattle but it was my first visit so I didn't get as familiar as I liked with it. Have fun!

Oh i live in seattle um.... try hittin bellevue square mall too shop that's the rich people spot as for clubbing it's downtown seattle *Madusa Club* is very popular and places to eat would be Chinatown there are other malls that you should check out
South Center mall, northgate mall, Westfield and some other one
just go downtown it's a great place to hang out
For shopping vintage go to Broadway Street, it's got some of the best vintage shops I've ever seen.
Definitely go to the Pacific Science Center - it's such a great place! Also check out the Experience Music Project and go downtown to Pike Place Market. There are a few vintage shops in the lower levels of the market.

And if you get a chance, take the ferry boat to Bainbridge and check out the nice downtown area. There are great bookstores and coffee shops, and some cool clothing places too, all within walking distance of the ferry.
It completely depends on what you want to do. Someone mentioned Bellevue Square. Frankly, I think the place sucks lol. But, if you want something local, definitely go to the EMP (Experience Music Project). Now, locals don't go to that thing all the time. It's kind of pricey. But, if you want to learn about local music, that's a great place to go. It's a great museum that will take you an entire day to get through.

If you're looking just to hang out, look up where local bands might be playing. The local music scene is what makes Seattle so great, in my opinion.

Try the website below. That might help.

If you like outdoorsy stuff, get out of Seattle. You might try a little driving either north or south to see some mountains, the sound, or what not.
