You didn't say Seattle or Surrounding Seattle area. If you had, I would then have to ask, What are you looking for? A quiet place in the woods or perhaps the busy urban lifestyle. If I were going to move back to "Seattle", I would move near downtown near the waterfront, in as high of a condo as I could afford. Alas, my budget would never afford such a luxury. Try to be more specific and ask the question again.
